You do not need to buy EA Play or GamePass in order to purchase EA Sports games. All EA Sports games are available for individual purchase. If you get a GamePass Ultimate subscription, EA Play is included so you can play EA's catalog of games but that usually does not include the latest sports releases until 8-10 months after the initial release. For example, NHL 22 is available on EA Play but not NHL 23.

It's not really meant to be opened by an untrained professional however if you feel it necessary to clean it out yourself you're probably going to want to watch a couple videos on YouTube on the proper procedures it's not that hard but it involves a couple hand tools and some patience

There are no games included with this console. It is digital console so you can download any games you want, though you need to purchase them.
