Purchased one of the warmers and it worked perfectly. 3 or 4 months later one of the doors shattered. I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase a replacement. They sent a replacement door free of charge. Exceeded my expectation.

We love it on counter of concession stand. Was a little time consuming to put together but was easy to do.

Never get this!!!! When we got it, it was missing one screw so we had to go out and buy one. During our first use, the glass door shattered and got all over our food. We had to stop all sales and this incident caused us to lose a lot of $$.

I’ve bought 4 of those in the past 5 years all of them are still working great

Ordered on April 16, arrived April 21. I got the 48-inch model. It works great now, but assembly was a pain. Some parts didn’t fit cleanly and needed a bit of push-pull to get the metal sides aligned. I cut myself three times on sharp edges, definitely wear gloves. The protective plastic on the stainless steel parts is miserable to peel off, especially once you’ve lost a few usable fingers. It took me around 2.5 hours to unpack, assemble, clean, haul off the boxes, and ditch the old heater. Looks great once done. I bought the 3 year Asurion protection plan since I’m skeptical it’ll last longer than that, but who knows. If assembly had been easier, it would have 5 stars.
