Works Perfectly
I have about 10 of these in my UniFi network devices to utilize the SFP+ ports. These work well both standalone and to aggregate 10Gbps ports.Take the burn warning seriously. These get EXCEPTIONALLY HOT, as they are supposed to. You will burn your hands if you try and grab one after prolonged use. Unplug the Ethernet cord from themAnd let them cool for a few minutes before taking them out.

UniFi 10G Compatible
Bought this as a secondary choice to connect A10 Gigabit server NIC to a UniFi 24 port enterprise switch with 10 Gigabit SFP's and Unifi was out of theirs that we normally order. I read the reviews and saw people said it was compatible with UniFi but was still a little reluctant as SFP's can be very finicky. Plugged this thing in and it worked immediately. I have been monitoring the connection for 72 hours with no issues and no excessive heat problems; these things do run hot but no more than expected with 20G NIC’s. Would absolutely buy these again and will be doing so in the very near future as we deploy a lot of UniFi and Meraki hardware with 10 Gigabit SFP connections.

2.5Gbe works great
First these work great in ubiquiti switches at 10Gbe. I originally had a 10Gbe nic in my desktop but when I switched my gpu to a 4070ti, it wouldn't fit anymore so I switched to the on board 2.5Gbe. To my surprise it linked at 2.5 instead of 1Gbe like I thought it would. The switch of course shows it's linked with the module at 10Gig.

These work fine for Ubiquiti inter-switch trunking at 10G.
They seem to have a 1G upload bug for WAN links. If you have Internet over 1G, use the MikroTik S+RJ10 for up to 10G bidirectional traffic on WAN.
