Does the job!
I've had my home Dell laptop for a while (years) and I know I'll need to get a new one soon, but I'm putting it off for now. Over the past year, the charger that came with the laptop had developed a split in the outer covering and the inner colored wires were showing. Recently it got so bad (I didn't realize) that the metal wires became exposed and I lightly shocked myself one night and then it stopped charging all together.This charger is not as...powerful? as the original, but it does the job just fine. It doesn't charge as quickly and doesnt reach as far, but it is definitely worth the cost to be able to hold out for another few months.

Original cord stopped charging. Purchased this item & it was exact replacement for original.

misleading if you’re going by model only, but well built/designed
I like the build and design but some of the models listed are not 65w so be careful and find out for SURE yours is 65. I bought it because my model number is listed (I quadruple checked) but mine won’t charge because it requires 90 watts.
