I bought this for boxes at work and I'd be lost without it. I've not struggled opening anything and it stays sharp. It does not cut you or any countertop. I must get another for at home as I'm truly impressed by this pen type opener.

It was about £15 when I first buy it, don’t know why it raised up to more than £30 now when I try to get a second one.

Needed a knife for work. The top kept coming off so had to tape it on. Plastic blade which is does the job of opening boxes.

I originally got this ceramic knife as a scraper when using coloured pencils, but it's also not bad at cutting too and very safe to use. I'll mainly use it for scraping off colour pigment off of paper though which it's quite good at.

I wanted a craft knife but this is more of a box cutter. The blade retracts automatically when you let pressure off of your thumb. So I can’t use it for fine work. I didn’t realise when I read on the product listing, that the blade retracts automatically, that there would be no way to prevent it from retracting. I checked on Google, YouTube etc and it seems to be so. I’m keeping the knife as a safer way of opening all those Amazon boxes. But it’s no use for crafts.

These are brilliant. A work colleague lent me hers at work as I had taken in a large delivery and it saved me so much time. I actually bought 3 they are that good - for me, my husband and my daughter-in-law

Have to use these type of knives for work, as blades are not allowed. Quite small blade, but does the job.

These range of Slice safety cutters are excellent. They have the ability to chop though paper, cardboard and plastic packaging with ease but it is almost impossible to cut yourself. The ceramic blade make this wonder of physics possibly and stay sharp ages. Only negative is the price but excellent for elderly people or children as super safe.
