Just the best piece of kitchen equipment I have ever owned. The Victorinox range seems to be where high quality and affordability meet. I am so enthusiastic about this knife that I worry people will think I’m a weird into knifes too much. I would advise keeping it away from all those who will not treat it with the right respect, you will become very protective of it.

I have many chef's /cooks knives including good Sabatier, Wusthof and Henckles, and this knife (my second Victorinox) is a real gem to use. very sharp to start with a very quick touch up on a water stone and 2 to 3 goes on a steel and this is as sharp as any knife I have used. Its lightness is strange at first but I found it easy after a couple of minutes. Very good.

Delivered early and item was exactly as expected/described.Victorinox are fantastic value for money and a great, every-day knife.
