A very large colander and very very strong. Holes are a good size for rice which is a massive plus for me as you don't lose half the rice down the sink. Easy to clean. Very smooth and no sharp edges. . No screws to come lose etc 2 very sturdy handles. Very happy with my purchase !

I've no idea just how many colanders I've owned over my lifetime.The list of failures is long: bases breaking off, handles snapping, and the big issue – the inability to drain properly ! The majority of colanders always pool water where the sides meet the bottom, which invariably ends up all over the serving plate. This model is a rare exception.I must admit being tempted by the rainbow version as it looked so cool. I wasn't disappointed. After many washes, it looks as good as new.A very good buy !

I use it to drain spaghetti and to steam cook vegetables. Serves its purpose.
