Definitely works!
I've been using this for a month and it's reduced my anxiety and improved my mood. I accidentally dropped the bottle and it smashed everywhere (as its made of glass) and I've gone 4 days without using it and now I'm an anxious wreck again. Ive ordered some more to come asap but it's nice to have confirmation of it working!
