Q: Does this work with Ruger GP100 7 shot revolvers?

Yes they do work for the Ruger gp100 7 shot. They are a perfect fit. Just ordered 2 more myself.

Q: How does this work with a taurus 66?

As long as you are using .38 or 357 magnum bullets and has 7 shots, I think you're good. In fact, taurus 66 is also in the list.

Q: Will this work with 357 Smith and Wesson revolver 6 shot?

You'll need to purchase the HKS 586-A for your S&W 686, 6 shot. The 587-A is for a seven round 686.

Q: One loader, $7.41......2 pack, $49.95......4 pack, $89.95 !! Am i missing something here?

Just order the single packs as I did. The multi packs are way more expensive.
