His laptop skin is pretty and super easy to put on. I had to trim the edges as it was a little too big, but that was expected. It was a bit tricky to get the trimming just right. Be sure you use quality scissors so that you get a clean cut. I’ve had this on for over a month and haven’t had any issues with the quality, durability or it lifting up. I haven’t tried to take it off yet but I can say that I did lift an edge when putting it on and that was very forgiving. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.

Image is clear, vibrant colors and looks exactly like the product photos. You do have to cut it to size so I recommend using a slicer if you want perfectly straight lines; however, there are grid lines on the back to serve as a guide for manual cutting. When applying, I also recommend using an ID or plastic card to help push air bubbles out. The thickness and texture are similar to vinyl wallpaper so while it will protect from scratches, it will not protect against drops.

not the easiest to put on

Not happy at all!!! First, what you pay for is not what you get! You pay for this picture, but if you have to cut it, you will need to choose what part of the picture you will be losing. I like how they say you just need to cut to fiit your size of computer. Seems to me if you pay for something it should fit! Just because they want to be cheap and make 1 size fits all, doesn't make it better for the consumer!. I am not a fan!! I will try and return, but we’ll see if I can return after cutting it. I also need to cut the small pictures to fit around the mousepad. I did not do that because I already was not happy with the main picture..

it's a shame to have to cut it. it is such a beautiful image. I have a small laptop. otherwise, glad to have a skin on my device.

I bought this mainly to keep my laptop lid from getting scratched with my desk/dock setup. For that purpose this will work fine. The printed image was not sharp, bordering on blurry. For an image of a map with a lot of line art it's fairly noticeable. If I had seen this item first hand in a store I may not have bought. I can't say if this is true for other images or sizes you have to choose from. The reference squares on the back for measuring your cuts was not uniform. Some squares were simply twice or four times as large as others. You will want a straight edge and a pencil to mark your cuts.
