Does it cut ice cubes

I would highly doubt it, the “blades” are plastic and there isn’t enough power in the motor to do that, it even struggles with protein powder, eventually gets the job done but I would think ice would be too solid for it.

Hi recently purchased one off these, ran out of battery and won't charge ?

Make sure it's plugged in to a correct power cable, along with a working charger. Leave it plugged in for a while. It should pick back up again. It shouldn't have any issues unless defective, in which case I'd get in touch with the manafacturer through Amazon and let them know :)

Can you store this cup in a fridge?

Because the battery is internal, I would not recommend storing in the fridge. Cold is good for batteries but, inside a fridge will cause condensation on the batteries components and cause rusting.
