I have been using this watch for over a year now. Here's its pros and cons:**PROS**-Heart rate and SpO2 sensors are actually really accurate (Compared to pulse oximeter and manual measurement)- BT calling is also really good. Speaker and Mic quality is good.- The Crown is also really good and is smooth to navigate thru the UI.- The metal body feels good and is comfortable and lightweight to wear.- The app(boAt Wearables) is good enough and displays all the stats.- There is a decent number of cloud watchfaces to choose from.- Sleep monitoring is also quite accurate.- So far I haven't faced any connectivity issues.**CONS**- The UI may be smooth but the app icons and layout are absolutely garbage and boring.- When I first bought the watch, there where a few bugs like not letting me change the volume of the audio and not showing the battery percentage. (Only music controls have been fixed)- The screen is prone to scratches and I recommend to use a screen protector.- The strap barely lasted 5 months.- It sometimes shows the heart rate of soft objects(this does not mean that the readings are inaccurate)-There are limited options in the timer appOverall, this watch is quite good in the segment and I recommend it if you want something thats worth your money.

My son like this watch

The media could not be loaded. Complaints ❗Customer support is pathetic. I send a mail 2-3 days before till now not recived a response or replay mail1)touch not responding : I can't increase and decrease the volume on watch.2)Bluetooth frequently disconnect : Bluetooth connectivity is not working properly . Some time without my permision it disconnect. And feel very difficulty to connect .And also app showing disconnected and but mobile connect to watche and audio play through watches.3)wake up screen: wake gesture performance is not good...4)weather update : not get proper updates..phone And watch show different datas5) touch wake up: pls include touch wake up screen facility. So we can easy to use the watch.6) app problem.: Pls.invest some time and money to devlop the application .7) call :. pls include a option like if i attend phone call then only phone speaker work not watch speaker .if i attended the call in watch then it's ok the audio from watch ...some time it works but most of time it not working .8) no option to swap audio that play in watch speaker into phone speaker .like phone calls audio. Not showing which song playing..9) music player touch most of the time not working . Attached a photo and video below. You can clearly understand that touch is not responding and. Also audio is playing but showing need to pair the device 🥴🥴10) till now I didn't get any notification...11)pls provide an option in app that If i can control thath which speker audio need to work..Eg. If i use fb ,instagram along with connect watch.the watch audio only work..I don't know how to change the option..

Beautiful watch

The design is decent and looks good on the wrist, but it lacks the premium feel that I was hoping for.
