Sturdy and comfortable with a high adjustment
Adjustable, rolling, extended height, comfortable wide seat for extra stability, and lockable wheels to boot. I have great difficulty in moving/walking, and this stool lets me work at the counter with great ease, and I can lock it into place, so nothing rolls away from me. My shipment was not without issue, however (I was missing a wheel), but upon notifying the Seller, my issue as resolved. Not only did they replace the wheel (2-day ship) but gave me a whole new SET. Wow, now that is service. But back to the product - so simple to set up! Four screws, pop the five wheels in, and place the center column, and you are DONE. Heavy duty and comfortable. I know you might think I'm a bit too much on this, and yes, I've yet to use it for more than a few days, but five stars is where I'm locked in for now. If there was anything else, I'd say that I did think it a bit on the expensive side, but it does live up to being justified for the quality!

Great rolling and locking stool for plus size folks!
This stool is so easy to put together and my large bottom and heavy weight feel comfortable and safe. Excellent quality. Exceeds expectations. The seat is wide and very cushy. The material is easily cleaned For the money, it is a good value. After 35 plus years as a hard working nurse, my knees are shot. I love cooking and this stool lets me sit comfortably while I put my meals together at the stove. Unlock the wheels, and I can zoom across the kitchen to the sink. Just the right height and functionality.

Great but tall
I've had this rolly stool for a year. It's very sturdy and still rolls well. The seating hasn't cracked or anything. Still looks great. I would have given five stars except that it's a little tall for me on the lowest height. I'm 5'6 and I use it while I wash dishes (autoimmune issues). And it's just a little uncomfortable because my feet don't rest on the floor well. Otherwise it's a really great chair.

Good product
Sturdy but well cushioned. No trouble with assembly. I have it on carpet, but still rolls fine and wheels lock easily. About average price, but it is a good product. Works well with my keyboards

Great stool
I like this stool. The wheels are nice and quiet and roll smoothly and I love how two of them lock so my chair doesn't slide around when I don't want it to. The ring around the wheels is nice to rest my feet when the chair is set low; I wish the ring were higher or adjustable though so I could use it when the seat is set high. I love how high the seat can get. I got this to use in the kitchen when I am cooking for a long time, so the seat is high enough to use at the counters. (Im short and the counters are set a few inches higher than the counters I had been used to, so sitting at this stool makes them easier to reach overall also!) The seat is comfortable and pretty wide so I don't feel like I'm perched on top of a small thing that might tip over. The whole stool is pretty light and I can pick it up and turn it over with one hand and not be too strained (the base is aluminum and not steel, which makes it a *lot* lighter than my office chair). I'm not very heavy, but even at the tallest setting I don't feel like the chair is flimsy or about to tip or anything. And the chair was easy to put together. The wheels snap into place, the hydraulic canister slides down into the base, there are four screws to attach the plate to the seat, and the plate slides down into place at the top of the canister.

Seller uncooperative
A round metal ring appeared on my kitchen floor where I use the stool .they said it didn't come off the stool. But that's the only thing in there that it could have come off of. I had read another review where the reviewer said that the company was nice enough to send her the taller pressure cylinder in the middle. So I wrote them to ask could send me one and maybe two more non-locking wheels because I've had trouble with the locking Wheels but they didn't want to acknowledge that either. I would have returned it but I didn't make it in time for the return window because of other things going on in my life. The locking wheels are a particular problem because you can just accidentally just be moving your feet around while you're on the stool and accidentally lock apparently they lock easier than they unlock. And many of us that are handicapped want this kind of stool to use in a room like I do, but it's hard for us to bend down and unlock the damn thing. But they wouldn't even accommodate that. As of now, the wheels are reluctant to swivel, at least two or three of them are so it holds up the whole thing and I reach down to see if the locks are inadvertently of their own accord locked and they're not. Looks like the wheels have worked loose after a few months of barely maybe 2 hours spent on it per day. Update: not long after I wrote this review, I discovered that one of the arms on the base where a wheel goes in, is crooked and that was causing the wheel on that particular base arm location to roll unevenly and eventually it destroyed that wheel. But like I've said before previously in this review, the company didn't care. No I didn't discover that till later probably after the warranty period or whatever they have on this, but still I had already contacted them about an issue before when they sent me the wrong cylinder height and they wouldn't fix that either so it wouldn't buy anything from these people. Will get no customer service. . So since I'm disabled and need something in the kitchen to ride around on, I bought a Similar one from salonitude, that one blew its cylinder out a couple days after I put it together. I called them, they said oh that's too bad and they gave me a full refund no questions asked. Don't spend a hundred bucks with these guys.

ATTENTION short people!!
I am 5’ tall, 74 yo with severe arthritis that limits my walking and standing. I bought this stool for my kitchen to use when cooking. Even with the seat all the way down, it’s too tall for me. Only 2 of the 5 wheels lock (which require me to bend and do manually at floor level or lift and turn stool upside down) so it slides when I try to get up on it. Otherwise, it has a very comfortable seat and is sturdy. I removed the wheels and replaced with rubber tips. It’s harder to move but it’s now short enough and doesn’t slide. Not ideal but better than a broken hip.

It was important that the stool height be as stated in the description. It said 20 inches and I measured the stool that works now for my height and I went a head and ordered. Sadly after the stool (white) was put together (easy to do and a nice looking stool), I tried to get on and it was just to high for me. We played with the seat to see if we could alter it but it was set at 23 Inches and just too high and unsafe for me to use. I am 5ft 4 inch and I would need a stool to get onto the stool not a safe thought for someone with a disability. Call me Disappointed.
