This product is awesome! Very well made, lights are nice and bright. Dimmer works great and it was packaged extra careful. The only complaint would be that it was a week late getting here.

I was so surprised at the quality of this light. I purchased a green 9 letter sign. This thing is amazing. If you are on the fence, just order it.

The sign came out exactly as pictured receiving the product was super quick, the price was unbeatable, and I think it has a very cute touch to my door.My only complaint is that the shipping information did not ever work for me and I had to message the seller to get any update, but the seller responded very quick so it’s not really a negative just a little bit extra that I had to do.

I launched my brand by using this company's product and affixing it to the back of a jacket. I got a high-contrast look by attaching black vinyl, without the sticky backing removed, to the back of the plexiglass. Trial and errored with black spray paint. DO NOT DO THIS. IT WILL RUIN IT as the light needs to pass through the letters or the whole thing turns dark. Luckily, I had some 99% isopropyl and removed nearly all of the black paint. Then I tried to using black vinyl by peeling the backing off and sticking it on the back. Looked great at first, especially from THE BACK, but then the wrinkles in the vinyl made the back of the unit look damaged with the light patterns all scattered. So, no stick stuff on the back.So i removed that too. Fortunately it came right off.Then, I just taped the black vinyl, still not-peeled, to the back of the plexiglass to give a high-contrast look.I hope this company comes out with an Addon to allow a black backing that is perfectly cut to the shape. +High-Contrast Backing +$10Something like that.

Great addition to my classroom with year. Love the personalization. Very bright but also has different light settings. Hope it lasts!

I ordered this for my wedding and it’s perfect! The lights have different brightness settings which I love. The sign itself is very good quality and easy to assemble. The customization is great as well. We are excited to hang it on our wall after the wedding!

Initially I was sooo excited about this product. I plugged it in and I loved it. However, after a week, the letter have started coming off the acrylic and the power button stopped working.
