It worked fine but you needed to careful with the rope twisting

Trying to lift 115kg and struggling
I attempted to lift 115kg and the rope is not thick enough to hold and get a good grip. I would buy this item if I was lifting 50kg MAX

As described
Now I can lift heavy wheels into the storage rack easily, as I got some shoulder issues.Gloves and two straps are included.The internal wheels are metal (not plastic like someone said).The rope has a tendency to twist. Need to attach some weight when extending. It will help to prevent it.

Sturdy enough for home-owner use
Excellent quality for non-industrial purposes. Strong enough to pull an 8x8 hot tub onto and off a trailer.

Hoisted a beast of a kayak
Our daughter has a two-person fiberglass kayak. This rope hoist did the job of getting it up to the rafters in her garage.

Exactly what was needed
I was building a sailing dinghy which I planned to store in the garage hoisted close to the roof and 2 of these worked perfectly.Nicely packed with a stowage bag as well.

Works well but dont push it
I would not push this to upper limits of weight it says it can handle. The rope just isnt good enough and stretches. Works for my use though and good for the price.
