A great product comfortable and love that its reusable compared to the normal sticky patches. It dose help a great deal with headaches ect but not always fully effective but put that due to my many health issues and medication not help would recommend to any regular headache suffers

I suffer with chronic migraines and this ice pack is a life saver for making them more bearable. My family have also been able to use it for all kinds of other ailments, such as coccyx injuries, strained muscles, and cooling down itchy insect bites. Useful to have two gel packs so you can always keep one in the freezer when the other is in use. Also works well as a heat pack for period pain!

Si le froid vous soulage en cas de migraine, vous pouvez acheter ce produit les yeux fermés. Tient parfaitement bien en place grâce à un élastique surdimensionné et le tissu qui est en contact avec la peau permet de bien sentir le froid sans se brûler. Les poches de glace fournies sont particulièrement de bonne qualité. Je recommande.

Ich liebe dieses Kühlpad, da ich es nicht festhalten/umständlich festbinden muss. Eine sehr angenehme und einfache Trageweise und verschafft doch oft Linderung, wenn der Kopf mal wieder total überhitzt. So habe ich schon die ein oder anderen Kopfschmerzen abwenden können. Tipp: Vor allem in Verbindung mit Pfefferminzöl (leicht auf die Schläfen getupft) und einer Mütze voll Schlaf eine tolle Sache!Habe direkt meiner Mutter auch eines bestellt =)

Ho acquistato questa fascia con cuscinetti per curare la mia borsite retrocalcaneare (dietro al piede sinistro), che ho da oltre un anno con dolori discontinui.Precedentemente avevo provato a usare i mattoncini per le borse atermiche, ma hanno due difetti: sono piatti, rigidi, quindi non consentono un contatto con tutta l'area e hanno una conduttività elevata, perciò raffreddano fortemente, eccessivamente una ristretta zona di contatto. Questa fascia, invece, si piega facilmente anche dopo essere stata tenuta a lungo nel surgelatore (si può anche "sprimacciare" un po', direi, per modellarla meglio quando è molto fredda) e prende bene la forma della parte da raffreddare, consentendo un raffreddamento esteso ed uniforme. Inoltre, il gel non è molto conduttivo termicamente e quindi non produce un raffreddamento fortissimo, ma quanto serve e ben più a lungo dei 20 minuti solitamente necessari per un'applicazione. Qualora il raffreddamento, dopo alcuni minuti, sia comunque eccessivo, è sufficiente interporre della stoffa. Nel mio caso, metto la fascia sul calzino sulla tuta.Unico piccolo difetto, già segnalato in un'altra recensione, è che l'elastico è troppo lungo per avvolgere il piede o una mano o un braccio, perciò bisogna chiudere il velcro sulla fascia stessa anziché sulla zona apposita della tasca contenente il cuscinetto e la fascia tende a sfilacciarsi un po', ma non è grave.Sono molto soddisfatto e spero che riuscirà a guarire la mia borsite anche se, essendo il dolore molto variabile discontinuo, non è facile riconoscere miglioramenti.

Super praktisch.1 punkt abzug weil die 2 mitgelieferten Kühlkissen nicht so toll sind und sich die beschriftung schon nach ein paar tagen gelöst hat, aber ich tu da jetzt andere kühlkissen rein, und das funktioniert super!! Klasse gegen Kopfschmerzen
