Didn't notice anything my first month of taking 1 pill a day of Zinc Carnosine but kept taking it. Now after a month, I am noticing positive changes. I get a rash on my arms from my leaky gut when I eat the foods I should not eat and it was getting really red and bad. Embarrassing to show my arms. After a month on Zinc Carnosine, my arm rash is starting to heal. I'd say it's at least 50% or more reduced. Ordering more and hope the results and healing continue.
