Leaks in two days

First, it is pretty, and the concept seems nice. Though, I was looking for the faucet that actually attaches to a clawfoot tub. We haven’t had a chance to install this until recently, and now that it’s been installed and used, the quality is poorly made, especially for the price. This, being more upsetting to me than it being a wall mount. Either way, disappointed.Will be paying for a different unit. This unit awful! It leaks and sprays everywhere and the install was not easy! Had a pro come in- still leaks! DONT PURCHASE.Waste of money!!! If I could leave a 0 star, I would.

Edit: Terrible customer service: Have not gotten response from the seller. We are trying to figure out how to fix it ourselves.We got this item for a clawfoot tub. It needs an additional section to make it taller. I am 5’4” and only have an inch of clearance under the shower head. Because it is a strange size pipe we can’t seem to find a suitable piece to extend the height. It seems like a huge amount of trouble to disassemble it and send it back. I would like the company to contact me to send an additional piece.

Bought this floor a claw tub, the instructions has an option for a floor mounted, but the floor mount isn’t included in box , not a good option for restoring a old claw foot bathtub
