Good and useful mount for tv. The price is very affordable.

The media could not be loaded. Works great. Nice to have 2 presets. But there is a constant very faint noise that comes from the motor all the time.

The media could not be loaded. I've been searching for a motorized drop down mount and comparing prices for a while now. I decided to purchase this one cause of the price. The other's all look pretty much look the same but cost alot more. I was more than pleased with the materials it was made of. Very sturdy and well made. I posted a video of it working flawlessly. I'm glad too cause my fireplace mantel is older and is deeper than most at 12 inches deep. The TV I mounted is a LG C2 77". I was surprised that the mount has alot of options for getting the brackets right for the C2. The TV itself has an odd vesa mount so it's kind of hard to mount perfectly. My only gripe with the mount is that the holes I wanted to use that would of been absolutely perfect are blocked on the bottom hole. I had to use the mounting hole 1 up from the one I wanted to use. It's still wasn't enough to take a star away from my review. Overall extremely happy with the purchase amd would definitely recommend. You won't be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this mount. It’s makes watching TV in the living room so much better with our kinking our necks. Install was easy and works perfectly even though I overloaded by adding a sound bar to the lift weight.

Checked all the boxes. Mount to brick. Ability to hold large tv. Motorized movement. Moves a little slow, but thats probably a good thing.

Overall, this mount is pretty solid. We have a LG B4 77" mounted on top of our fireplace so it pretty high up, which is why we wanted a motorized mount. This does the trick but the only feedback we have is that sometimes, it does "beep" and gets stuck when it is moved to the bottom. When I researched this, it seems to possible be a weight issue but the weird thing is this doesn't always happen. It only happens sometimes. Once I give it a "boost" when it goes up, then it works fully. Overall, a great product but not perfect.

I really loved this TV mount, UNTIL THE REMOTE GOT LOST. Buyers need to know, that without the remote that this product is USELESS and that Monoprice DOES NOT OFFER A REPLACEMENT. This item is too expensive to be completely unusable as a retractable mount and the company should offer a replacement. I don't mind paying for a replacement. It's not the company's fault that the remote got lost (I have four kids--it was bound to happen). However, the company's CHOICE not to offer a replacement for purchase shows a huge lack of product support. Chatting with a company representative about the issue basically came with the response of "Too bad you lost the remote...we're not going to help you."I'll not be making another purchase from this company.
