Twice the cowgirl hat was shipped in white plastic Amazon bag. The first hat received was crushed flat, returned requesting hat to be mailed in a protective box. Second hat received was mailed in the white plastic Amazon bag, again, top of cowgirl hat received crushed. Picture is enclosed. Waste of $55 hard earned money. The glue is separating the string of bling from the hat material. Cheaply put together.

This hat fit perfectly and looked exactly like it looks on the website! It was not too tight or too big, and also, the tassels don't block your vision at all. It's an awesome hat!

I was a little iffy about getting this product since the reviews were 50/50 but im happy I bought it I got sooo many compliments! I got this for a concert, the fringe was a little longer than I thought but I didn’t mind it, it’s beautiful in person, however the actual hat itself isn’t amazing quality but it’s pretty good.

I bought this for a friend who loves cowboy attire and is a breast cancer survivor. Her favorite color is also pink and she adored this! She has not stop talking about how beautiful it is.

The hat is lovely, and the overall quality is good however, they packed it in a bag and not in a box and there was no form holder inside the hat so by the time I got it, it was bent in various places and cannot be re-shaped. I’m disappointed because I waited for a very long time for it to arrive.
