This product is good in theory as I've had many pet water drinking fountains in the past from both pet stores and from Amazon. I was excited to use this product because I was specifically looking for a battery operated fountain, but it did NOT work. I bought this product twice and I WON'T be buying it again, and demand a full refund for both. The first one I purchased would charge but wouldn't turn back on or work at all. I demanded a refund through Amazon customer service, to which they said I had to go through the company to get a refund. They wanted to product back but I already threw it out. I received the refund and used it to purchase another in good faith that it would work the second time. The new one worked for one full charge; once I plugged it in and recharged it to full green charge, it wouldn't work again unless it was plugged in and even after that, it would only work for 10 seconds. I don't know if the problem is with the motion sensor or the battery, but I did find water in the charging port despite water externally never touching it. To the seller, PLEASE refund me for this product that I've purchased TWICE. And to the consumer, DON'T purchase this fountain if you want a working product!

The water fountain is the perfect size for my cat. It is quiet running, and love the motion sensor which saves power as it doesn't have to remain on all the time. The range of the sensor when the cat approaches can be a bit hit and miss. Found the cat on one occasion sitting opposite side of sensor, waiting for the water to move, until the cat worked out needed to stand the other side.The filter is clever. Simple and effective, just a plastic ring which sits in the top and catches any food that has fallen into it from my cat's chin and stray fur. Just lift up ring, rinse under the tap and place back on top.

Kittens not sure yet how to drink from it but they'll learn, easy to assemble holds a good charge and easy to clean.

Worked very well till about a year. And now it won't hold any type of charge and therefore doesn't work. Expected longer life of this product

Had been thinking about getting a fountain for ages, as my cat loves playing with the tap. Didn't want one that has to be plugged in all the time, as there would be nowhere to leave it. Unfortunatly, this only worked for a short while, and when checking it, noticed that water was pouring out of the charging socket. It has been kept upright the whole time it was in use, and all instructions followed carefully, so maybe there is a problem with the pump? ( Noticed now, someone else that reviewed it had the same problem) Good price, but no good if it doesn't work

whilst it was working it seemed a neat piece of kit. not too big, quiet, didn't splash all over the place did what it said it would. then, after about a week, it stopped working regardless of whether it was charged up or plugged in. so that was that then, back it went. pity really, seemed a good idea

This is a great product. Compact and easy to use. Easy to clean and because it is slightly smaller than other fountains, the water gets replaced frequently. My fur babies love it. It has a good range for the sensor ( I often set it off walking into the room) I don't rely on the battery, just keep it plugged in all the time.Would highly recommend this and would definitely buy again......so would the boys! 😻😻
