I recently purchased this shower product and am absolutely thrilled with it! The quality is excellent. The design is sleek and modern, and it performs wonderfully.What impressed me even more was the customer service. When I received my order, a small item was missing. I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They quickly sent me the missing item, and it arrived in no time. I installed this fixture last Spring for an outdoor shower. It's attractive and solidly built. I accidentally left one of the feeder valves on a cold snap and the freeze exploded one of the valve cores in the fixture. I contacted Aolemi and they quickly shipped me replacement parts at a nominal charge via UPS. Very happy that I didn't have to replace the whole unit!

I had low expectations for the quality with the price of this shower kit. Wow was I surprised. The finish is excellent, and it appears made of quality metals like brass, stainless, etc. Everything went together without a hitch and even includes extra parts like seals and o-rings. I did lubricate the o-rings on the valve fittings with some o-ring lubricant, always a good idea. I opted for a garden hose setup by using 1/2 NPT male to garden hose male adapters. I used quality teflon tape and sealant and screwed the adapters in. The only gripe that I have is the female 1/2 npt fittings they have are smooth without any wrench grooves or cuts. I did wind up scratching them a bit but remedied with some paint. The valves including the wand diverter are all smooth and easy to turn. No leakage what so ever. The shower head is adjustable and the flow rate is amazing, I kinda want it for inside the house! Now I just hope it holds up. I will winterize it by removing the hoses and draining it. We'll see how it stands up over the years!
