Faulty goods do not buy
Unfortunately I bought this gift for Christmas forMy niece and when she went to use the spray it did not work at all . The spray mechanism is damaged - we tried to fix it but it is unfixable. I have requested a refund but have to pay the cost of postage which is unreasonable as it is now costing me more for a faulty product! The company should provide a free return and replacement for goods that are unusable. Very unhappy and Would avoid using this seller in the future .

The actual products are absolutely fine but considering the price I was very surprised that they arrived in a plastic bag and weren't nicely packaged ready for me to give as a Christmas gift. I will now have to find a box of some description to make them look nice which adds to the price and the stress of an extra job to do.
