Great value for money and perfect product for me.

Brilliant for price and delicious.Remember they are dried so they weigh nothing.

Compared to morels I have eaten in the past these are really lacking in flavour. They look great, but that is all. Warm water washes the flavour right out, as does cold water. Best way to eat these is to toss them into some pasta, noodles, rice or salad, with precious little else to detract from the flavour, and allow them a little time to swell. Fortunately, they don't need much washing, as they're not very gritty. The darker ones seem to be better flavoured

Have used these in a mushroom risotto which I prepared for a friend who stated 'This is the best risotto I have ever eaten' As she is in her 80s, this was a welcome comment - possibly for my cooking but I think also for these. Difficult to get the fresh variety (and extremely expensive) I think these are a good substitute

20 g may seem like very little but don't forget we are talking DRIED Morels. That are virtually weightless... I am more than happy with the purchase, I am preparing a very special dish using these. It would have been impossible to do that without the so practical dried "version". I'll be coming beack for more, that's for sure.Mushrooms looks perfect even after being transported across the Continent which is proof that packaging was correct and that the "products" that were put in the bag were only top quality in perfect shape.Highly recommended.

Very expensive as most Morel mushrooms are, but these did not smell or taste very strong and Porcini would have been better and far cheaper.

THE best quality morels that I have ever used! Some of them were large enough that I had to cut them in half before cooking. The presentation on the plate was so much more elegant with all caps! This is now my go to for all dried morels!

As soon as I opened the packet to make a cream morel sauce the lack of aroma was evident. I have bought morels from Amazon as the scent is usually intoxicating. The lack of flavour led me to add dried ceps to make the sauce taste of something. Disappointing.
