Aazol's indrayani rice is like having sticky rice from a restaurant with your food - the rice naturally cooks this way and if you cook it enough - the aroma and taste are delicious! More novelty experience than regular basmati rice, and much softer and stickier with meals of any cuisine. Such an exciting product to have locally.

Caution - No aroma in Indrayani rice marketed by Aazol
Recently I had travelled to Kolhapur and tasted the famous Indrayani aromatic rice in one of the restaurant and liked it. Hence once back, I had ordered this with the same expectation of highly aromatic rice as given on Aazol brand. However when cooked, except for the stickiness part, the rice lacked any aroma (zero aroma!) at all. For the price I have paid, this is absolutely ripping and tarnishing the name of Indrayani rice. I would never order any products from Aazol due to the mismatch of what they have advertised and actual taste. Waste of money!!

Good Quality
Excellent quality. The grains were clean and healthy, and the packaging kept it fresh. This rice is a great addition to my pantry, and I would recommend it for its reliability and quality.

Great taste but too expensive!
The quality, taste, are great, but there are many sellers offering the same quality Indrani Organic rice for a lesser price on Amazon! We'll try another seller next time, and come back to Aazol if their rice is better.
