is there latency when going out to a PA? I am interested in using this in my livestream

No latency. This is a good cheap pad for live looping. Power supply sucks. Comes with an adaptor to make it work on 110. Plastic too. I got a new power supply after a week of use. Otherwise not bad at all for the price.
