Up-Grade! Christmas Piano Grades 0-1 [Up-Grade! Series]

Pay for my 8 year old grandsons piano lessons so buy his books this was not on the list for his grade 1 exam but as coming upto christmas thought it would be nice and he loves it and doing a piece out of it for exam ! Also will play some on Christmas day! so pleased I got it!

Arrived promptly. As a beginner, I was pleased to see a variety in difficulty levels, a couple of tunes I can achieve with practise and some new challenges. I would recommend this book for anyone learning the keyboard, who wants to have some fun and a sense of achievement between lessons. It is not a thick book, so dont't expect to have the full gambit of Christmas Carols and songs.

These are a great set of challenging pieces. Please note these are NOT for beginners but pupils who are working towards grade 1. As a piano teacher I have used these with lots of pupils.

Quite difficult. Thought it would be easier, I'm half way through my grade 1 but I reckon I could only play 2 on these pieces. Some songs are a few pages long.

I was very happy to get this book in the post. My daughter has found it easy to follow.

Good book, easy well known pieces.
