FINALLY FOUND A PILL I CAN TAKE. I struggle with swallowing pills and my doctors have been no help in giving me recommendations--basicly telling me to swallow several pills or swallow the giant horse capsule pill. This is near the same size as a Tylenol. Not as long but just a little but thicker. It's coated and it's truly easier to swallow. Now I can finally be on top of my vitamins and my doctors will stop pestering me lol

I have been taking these since December 2025 and I haven’t had any issues. They are a bit big but they are coated to where they are easy to swallow. They do not have a bad smell and the cost is a bit much but I don’t have to buy them that frequently.

The first bariatric multivitamin one a day with iron that I can take without being sick. The vitamin is small. I am so excited that I only have to take once a day. I checked all the vitamins against recommended bariatric guidelines. It has everything a multivitamin needs. The vitamin forms are also all chelated or are the form with the highest bioavailability. I am so thankful for this brand. Also, it's a smaller pink pill and they come in a dark glass bottle to protect against light. I had to write a review because it has changed my life.

This was my experience your experience will differ: I switched from another bariatric brand because I did 12 months chewable vitamins (iron, ADEK, and multivitamin, calcium) and thought I was ready to do a more simple routine. I like this one a day vitamin and I continued taking my chewable 3x500g calcium separately.After months on this one a day, I became severely iron deficient anemic (6 hemoglobin). I’m not blaming this pill though. Because it could be I’m one of the lucky few who don’t absorb nutrients after bariatric surgery.I will say, if you’re feeling ill, get your labs done. I did and my pcp said I was anemic but didn’t tell me I was severely anemic (hgb 6) He instructed me to continue taking my vitamins. Well it didn’t help and 5 months later, I ended up in the ER with a ferritin of 5 and hemoglobin of 6. My original pcp and his nurse missed my diagnosis and treatment! I felt so ill, fainting, and my mental state was not good.Now I’m undergoing iron infusions (very expensive), plus taking 300 mg of iron every other day, 2000 calcium, and I continue using this pill too. I split the dosages so they don’t interfere with each other.So far I’m up to an 8 hemoglobin and I have 3 more iron infusions. Once that’s done, then I’ll retest and see if I’m deficient in other areas or if there’s a problem with my organs not being able to absorb nutrients.

Been using since Dec 31, 2024, and I have hair growing now. I wouldn't write a review if it wasn't worth it. GREAT VITAMIN!!!! Very easy to swallow. Well worth the money. Very effective, I will buy more

I am so thankful for these! It’s so nice to have a “normal” sized multivitamin! They are very effective as well, my most recent lab results were excellent! I will definitely keep purchasing these for as long as they are produced. I highly recommend!
