I bought the Medium and it fits perfectly. It’s tight to put on just like a hospital compression sock but it’s comfortable once it’s on. It fits nice and high on the arm. I am waiting for shoulder surgery and I get a lot of arm pain and I will wear this support for when I’m doing my painting.

I struggled to find a review that gave an accurate opinion on the size, some said they followed the guide but still didn't get a good fit. I followed the guide, ordered a medium and the fit was good. My measurements are below.It was a good fit, felt very supportive and I noticed the difference straight away. Having a swollen arm, it works perfect. The only problem I have is because I have small hands it’s quite big around the hands so next time I would just buy the arm support but I’m quite happy with it washes up lovely.

I had these (I bought 2) in black and wanted a second pair so got them in the nude colour. The compression on my arms really helps to ease the ache, the added gauntlets also help support my hands. You will need someone else to help put them on, but very comfortable to wear, good quality and level of compression is perfect.

I've got quite long arms and blouses normally skim my wrist. These were so long that even when they were on my shoulder they still stretched beyond my fingers.The compression is really good but would be painful if you tried to walk around with them doubled over in order to fit your arm. Unfortunately had to send them back

I’m actually a bit sad about this purchase, don’t get me wrong, as soon as I tried on the relief I felt was amazing, my only concern is that I’m used to that when I buy something for my arms it comes in pairs, and I bought this ones based on the good reviews and because on Friday morning I have a 13 hours flight so I really needed them and I was very surprised when I got them today and I noticed it’s only for one arm. Well… the only thing I could say is that it is a bit too long for my arm, but the relief I feel it’s so good that I’m happy even if I only have one 😔😢

I have arthritus . So I wanted to try compression sleeve as I use compression leggings when I cycle and they are great.yes it is very good I got small as my wrists are thin.not sure if I should have gotMedium.but it is very good quality.and well made

Before you think well it’s inside out! It’s not haha there are grips at the top which stop is sliding down.The seam placement is just horrible! Very very hard and uncomfortable to actually bend my fingers.Generally the grip on my arm is fine but yeah the Seams make it horrible to use. If I didn’t have a rotator cuff tear and carpal tunnel I’d cut it off.
