PEGGAS - MAX 3200 PSI - 3/4“ Shaft - Horizontal Pump - 2.5 GPM - Replacement Pressure Washer Pump - Better than OEM - Comes With Oil

This is working great on my Coleman Powermate 2400 (PW0872400) Pressure Washer! I had to unbolt the motor from the frame to install it but that was very easy. Just 4 nuts hold it on and I was able to turn the motor to one side so I could remove the old pump. The shaft is too long to slide the pump off of the shaft if the motor is still mounted to the frame. So for reference, there is about 7.5" of space between the motor and the plate on the front of the frame. The original pump is about 6" deep (from where it mounts to the motor to the front of the washer). That only leaves 1.5" of clearance. The shaft is about 2 3/8" long on the Powermate 2400. This new pump is 6.5" deep so only 1/2" longer than the original. 1 inch to spare! Perfect! There's another pump out there that's a bit cheaper, but it's 8.5" deep, which would require modifying the frame to get it to fit. I had purchased this pressure washer used at a yard sale and the old pump was cracked. This new pump was worth the money in my opinion.

Save your shaft key. It is a rectangular, roughly two inch long bar. Save the 4 bolts and lock washers from the previous shaft. Also, recommend never sieze to make it easy to put the bolts back in. Love this thing saved me almost $100 from buying an oem for my Honda pressure washer. Already used it for 3 hours!

Like because i solve a problem, but the replacement is not all I was awaiting the casting finished very bad looks a chinese cheap product. The tag says proud maid on usa. After running few hours sounds to noisy I can imagine is no going to last too much.

This pressure washer pump works great and was a direct retrofit on my Honda 160 CC (5.5 HP) horizontal shaft gasoline engine. Just a few notes before ordering: Make sure you confirm the shaft size (3/4" O.D.) and 3 -5/8" bolt circle pattern on your engine before ordering this pump. Also note that this pump does not come with the 3/16" X 1" keyway that you will need to install this pump so retain the old key when removing your old pump and confirming the correct size shaft O.D. and bolt circle. Finally given the price point on this pump and the type of rough service you will put it through (nature of pressure washing) I recommend that you also purchase the 3 year extended warranty if it is offered at the time of purchase. I did and it only cost $9.99!

The pump was a direct fit for my pressure washer. There were no instructions on mounting, regrding which side up. I wasn't even sure that it had oil from the factory. After some research I learned that all their units had oil from the factory. Then I looked at some photos of other pressure washers to get the correct mounting position. The pump came on time, was well packed, and as advertised. They missed an opportunity for 5 stars by not giving important information.I'm not sure of the longevity, I tested it and it worked fine.

It was a perfect fit and very easy to install. I cranked the pressure washer up and it worked as advertised.

I bought this pump to replace an 18 year old pump on an excel H2425.The engine on my pressure washer always starts and runs great.I decided to try a new pump.I was worried that such an old pump would be hard to remove.The old pump came off very easy. The new pump went on very easy.The hardest part was keeping the woodruff key in place. We eventually got it.The entire pump change took less than 15 minutes.I bought a new coupler (m22 thread $8). All the water connections are tight and no leaks.The new pump works great.I am very happy with this purchase.
