Hi Valerie ...Looking at the recipe , it calls for boneless skinless chicken breast cut into one inch squares . It states to fry it in oil as a single layer at medium high temp in a pan 1 min PER SIDE. add crushed pepper and stir fry for 1 min. That would be a total of 3 min . BONELESS SKINLESS BREAST MEAT CUT IN 1 INCH SQUARES IN A SINGLE LAYER WOULD COOK RAPIDLY. I myself am not a fan of pink chicken meat , so if you are not comfortable with that you can always cook it a little longer on each side . This is a really good product and you can " orange up " just about anything .

Delicious!
