Sub standard raw material and poor build quality
I PURCHASED TWO UNITS, out of which 1 unit switch was free in nature and was not used at all I tried reaching company mail id for repair or replacement but inspite of regular follow ups they are least bothered to listen , the product comes in with POOR CHEAP QUALITY RAW MATERIAL I would recommend not to buy goods from them , they are only concerned in selling units no customer satisfaction is there Moto.

False promise
I ordered and received this item on 23.02.2025. By yesterday (08.03.2025), the refill pack got empty. They say 90 days. I kept the timer at 120 min as mentioned. But hardly a fortnight has gone by. Either the product specifications by the manufacturer is wrong or the seller has dispatched a partly used item. Either way, I feel cheated and disappointed. ₹850 down the drain. I am not going to buy again and I recommend others to be careful as well.
