I got this for cleaning my new tattoo- for which it did a great job. It doesn't disturb the Ph of the skin. But also, I now use it on my face and it cleans it well WITHOUT drying it out (important for me), and I actually think my skin is getting better?? I think because it doesn't strip the natural bacteria and goodness from your face, it's light but works. It doesn't hurt when you get it in your eyes a bit- I feel like that means it's super natural.Anyway worth a try, definitely.

I was originally part of a trial group to test the effectiveness of the Motherdirt products. I had to use this face wash and also the probiotic spray. At the time I was suffering from acne for years. I tried everything (antibiotic ointments, natural herbal creams, clay masks) but nothing seemed to help. I was embarrassed and constantly had to cover my acne with concealers.I had to do the trial for 16 weeks, but even after a month a noticed that my acne was pretty much gone. Once the program ended, I only kept using the face wash. This was about two years ago and my acne never returned ever since. I can't describe what a relief it was and how much self-confidence it gave back to me.I can't speak for every skin type, and I think diet and behavioral patterns also affect acne. But I'm sure this product was a key ingredient of me having a clear skin now.

I was a little skeptical at first based on the hype, but I have now started using this as my primary cleanser. It has restored a lot of health to my skin, my complexion looks and feels better, and I'm able to use the small size for about a month before it runs out. Definitely worth the cost for the results I'm seeing.I used to use Lush Herbalism, but this product definitely works better.

I have enjoyed using this cleanser for nearly three years. It was the one cleanser that I could always count on to never break me out. My skin is very acne-prone and whenever I tried a product that my skin hated I could depend on this cleanser to help me. I wouldn't say this cleanser is meant to be a miracle product that improves the skin in every aspect, but it was a good cleanser to make sure your skin has a clean base for other products.I bought a surplus amount of this cleanser before the formula had changed. My skin had cleared up but I had to restock on my cleansers and saw that they changed the bottle. I didn't assume they changed the formula. However, my skin has started to break out randomly. It's not my other products. Now I just noticed they changed the formula as well for this cleanser and that answers my question. I'm a bit disappointed. I preferred the old formula but maybe it'll work for you if you don't have sensitive/acne-prone skin.

This natural body wash works well for me. I no longer experience itchy skin after my morning shower, and it is a great face cleanser at the end of the day. I have been using this wash for almost a year now.

Love the natural way this cleans my skin. I have oily skin and this product gently washes away my oil but doesn’t dry me out. My dermatologist recommended this product.

I had been successfully treating my acne with topical clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide. My skin had been clear. I tried switching to both this product, Mother Dirt's probiotic spray, and Dermatic's probiotic spray in March. My skin looked OK until the humidity came in July. I had the worst break out of my life, with about 25 whitehead pimples on each side of my face. I would consult your dermatologist before switching to a product like this. I would like my money back, but not sure if that will be possible.

The actual product is good but the pump bottle is not. It leaks if gets turned over and when the bottle gets low on soap the pump doesn't work well.Change bottle!

Was okay but but pricey and the pump action bottle got stuck before it finished. They need to change the poor quality plastic packaging as it hampers getting the product onto your skin!
