Broken but still works
I have had this curling iron for about 2 years now. I love it and use it all the time, however the black tip came off and I can't get it back on. It doesn't really impact the ability to curl, but it does make it a bit harder to hold my hair on at the ends. It heats decently fast, and depending on how you wrap your hair, gives a soft wave or a bouncy curl.

The quality feels cheap but it works super well. I think I like it better than my old conair wand! I bought it for the dual voltage, and it worked perfectly for my recent trip to Japan!
