This is the only Arginine/citrulline supplement that works for me. I definitely notice a difference in stamina, oxygen and blood flow. It's incredible the difference this makes. I can breathe easier and deeper when I take these supplements. I can lift easier. You can tell the oxygen is getting to where it needs to go. Very pleased with this product.

If you're looking to enhance your physical performance and get great pumps in the gym this is for you. I am 52 years old and after a week or two I noticed great pumps during and after my workout. I take 3 capsules in the morning before my workout, and 3 around dinner time. Not sure if it's only directly related to this product but have been sleeping sounder and longer each night. I've been taking these, one in morning and one in evening.

I work out a lot, and always have. This product has helped me recover quickly after a good workout with the weights and with my cardio workout on my bike. The older you get, the slower you recover. This product has cut the recovery time down considerably.

Have purchased NOW Arginine/ Citrulline multiple times and it always delivers. Great NO booster and workout supplement. I get great pump and can really tell the difference if I don't use it.
