Good quality and high protein 25g and easy to digestion,, As a Vegan gym-goer, I'm always on the lookout for tasty and nutritious supplements to enhance my workouts. I saw mango flavor protein which is plant-based, and I could not wait to try it.On the first day, I tried it after my workout and I was fine with the flavor and texture, it was good. I loved that I did not feel bloated or heavy even for a fraction of a second .5/5 for that.I had it for a week and my first impression is the right impression, it tastes pretty good and is not heavy at all. Throughout the day you are energetic. Talking about being mindful of your consumption, this brand’s ingredient list is something I’ve never come across, it has pea protein isolate and that’s best for vegans to consume.I have continued to consume it for over 2 weeks and here are my reasons-It tastes good.It’s light and I don’t feel heavyThe best thing is, It genuinely helps post-workout, I feel ready the next no matter how much I push myself at the gymIt’s easier to meet my protein intake as it has 25g per sachet.Top-notch ingredients are used.Its texture is not as smooth as whey but it’s good for a plant-based protein if you’ve tried others before.It’s convenient to carry to the gym.I like that I can share it with my friends as well and do things together as gym buddies.So, I would continue to use it and I appreciate the team, great job!Hope this helps.One person found this helpful

The first time I tried this, I almost gagged . I thought that maybe if I tried a few more times, I would get used to it. But nope. Still as terrible and chalky in taste as the first time. I've tried mixing it in plenty of ice cold water and even added a bit of sugar to mask the taste, but didn't make a difference. And the taste isn't the worst part. I've never had any trouble with whey protein but this one just doesn't go well with my stomach. To top it off, it's sweetened with sucralose and not stevia, so definitely not a good choice in the long run. Throwing the rest of the packets away and will NOT be buying again. Even if it's not that great, Foodstrong's plant protein is far more palatable than this.

Timely delivery. No problem here.Making the drink was extremely easy , it mixes well without a blender. The notch is not very good and some powder spilled whilst trying to tear it.Didn’t like the texture when I took the first sip, but really enjoyed the subtle vanilla taste . It was delicious , it reminded me of the vanilla creamer we add to shakes .Day 2 of trying another sachet , I had it post leg day at the gym . The texture isn’t bothering me anymore and the good bit is that it didn’t feel very heavy on my stomach unlike other protein that I have consumed till now .Day 8 - I have tried it for a week after workout and it’s working well for me. TBH I’ve recovered faster this week. Want to see if it continues to help.Day 10- Grew tired of having it as a shake so had it for breakfast as a smoothie. Was a good change.Day 12 - Nearly 2 weeks are up and I’m on the last packet. Here are my observations:- Chalky at first, but by day 3 I was used to it.- My workout has been tougher than usual and inspite of that my recovery is quicker.- Do not feel as bloated as after whey.- No digestion issues at all- vanilla is versatile as it pairs well with fruits and nuts. But next time I will order the mix box since I like variety.All in all, it’s 25g of a good quality, high bioavailability, plant based protein. Do give it a try if you’re looking at experimenting"

It doesn't dissolve in water, all flavours taste terrible.

No added sugar and a great protein shake post workout … it’s been added to my daily routine and very easy to carry and use
