I trust and like this brand and have been using several of their other products because the quality is always good and the nutrient source is natural. These were easy to swallow and digest. This is my fourth bottle or so and I have noticed a positive change.

This product didn't do anything for me. I felt no difference in my body or mind.

I’m not sure if the product helped regulate my hormones and menstrual cycle or not. I was experiencing very random cycles since birthing my 4th child. I started taking these every other day to every 3rd day. Just as the bottle was gone I did finally have a perfect 28 day cycle. Not sure if it was coincidental or not but I am tempted to buy another bottle to see if it continues. Overall I can’t say anything negative about the product. Didn’t upset my stomach, easy to get down.

Arrives as a small bottle and less than half full.This is a type 1 clear bottle with a nice label.White easy off lidwax paper and foil inner sealCapsules are clear ... filled with evening primrose oil ... these capsules also have micro beads of redI'm not PMS ing anymore, and my daughters won't need this for 2 more weeks.Take as needed, you don't need to take it every day.At nearly $1 per capsule, this is more comparable to a pain med than a vitamin. You don't need it daily.Similar formulas have helped my older daughter deal with her monthly issues.

The media could not be loaded. I can't honestly review this supplement for anything other than its size and my ability to swallow it. Since supplements work differently for each of us, this is my review. The capsules are large for the contents. I took a short video to show that the capsule has a pocket of air inside and that was true for the entire bottle.

**Please consult a professional before taking any supplement, this is only my personal experience.**I am not sure I've felt any difference since taking these capsules, I think you'd probably need a few months of consistency before seeing any results. At least I didn't have any adverse effects to it but I don't know that I will keep trying them at this point.
