Despite being ordered via Prime, with returns allowed, the refund is done by A2Z. They do NOT refund the full amount. They refunded 60p. I’m still waiting for the £23.39 balance from them. Having read their seller reviews (of which I am unable to leave a seller review myself, so I suspect this has happened way more times with them) I can see it has happened to other buyers. The item itself was unsuitable as they were far too long.

I didn't want to return this pair of jeans because it was so comfy to wear. The only reason I returned it is it falls when you walk and there are no holes for belt.

I absolutely love the jeans but sadly they are far too big/stretchy on the waistband and fall down! Going to try to have them altered because I'm so pleased with them. Thank you Gx
