I was looking for a recipe for something that would taste like the windmill cookies from years ago. Yes, you can purchase the cookies today, but they are expensive (in my opinion). I ordered this mixture from Boston Spice and WOW! The cookies I baked tasted just like the windmill cookies I remembered. They were so good I ordered a windmill cookie cutter - for the full effect. :) I also received a small amount of a freebee spice with my order - that was fun to try out. Boston Spice will be my go-to for future baking/spice needs.

Got this to make Christmas cookies and autumn treats. Really smells amazing. High quality and super hard to find in stores so I was happy to find it online.

This blend gives the perfect flavor for the world's favorite "Airplane Spice Cookies"! I even added it to a grahm cracker crust with amazing results!!! I just love that I can buy the perfect blend already made and ready to use!!! Steve was so quick to answer my question about how use the blend....Add up all the different spices and use the total amount of their blend!!! So very easy!
