I’ve relied on tena pants for years, unfortunately recently the design has changed and not for the better, there is less padding to protect you, the padding between the legs actually falls to pieces within the layers and becomes no protection, even when dry. To save some money they’ve lowered the quality of this product, it’s extremely disappointing I’d of preferred to pay a little extra for the security and fear of humiliation.. some of them have been folded wrong so what you think is the back is the front, it’s driven me in sane, I’m severely disabled in a wheelchair limited movement, and they are no protection now. My carers for two weeks with the new design we couldn’t work out why they felt back to front, thought it was just the padding.. I contacted tena they sent me samples the super padding size seems to be what the classic was, super used to be thicker. So for those that prefer the original design I suggest you go for the super, as far as I’m aware they are not changing the design further, if I notice it on the super I will come back and leave a note. These were life saving, things, I’m really disappointed in tena, I cannot help think did they really ask people what they thought of the new design and was it after they wore them for a week? I doubt it. I hope this helps, I was going to upload lots of photos I investigated heavily into this, I thought I was going crazy, let alone no longer having the protection I’d had. I really thought I’d been sent the wrong ones. Some places still have old stock. The old design would have gotten 5 stars...

I had an operation a circumcision. And this was worth it kept me clean and handled the bleeding till it stopped. Well worth it so comfy too.

Ticks all the boxes but price.

I was never sure if I needed these for post partum, but I do recommend getting these pants. They are very comfortable to wear and less laundry to do after your little one is born. They are super absorbent too.

So useful for my disabled daughter.

I am not incontinent..so not able to really say how absorbent they would be. I had a major stroke in January unable to do anything for myself . My Carer. My lovely caring daughter bought these for me “ just in case” they are not tight ,I find them very comfortable especially as I am not able to move around much. Still buying them so must be good!

Tried these for my teenage son wish special needs, who also suffers night time enuresis. They were very comfortable and easy for my son to put on himself. Although highly absorbent, and working much better than the 8-15 years Huggies he'd grown out of, they didn't stop the bed getting wet and still allowed leakage. I think I will be hard pushed to find any product that will address these issues.
