Big Meditation

Purchased this as a gift for my s/o. I liked it because he’s practiced yoga for years, so that part was a no brainer, but also because I loved the duality of how both yogi and soldier require mental and emotional disciple as much as physical, and knowing when to tap in to what. Nicely sized (maybe the height of a soda can?) He was touched!

This thing makes me smile, and reminds me to take a breath. There is a show with a guy who gives out little plastic Army men and this is a fun twist on that for me. I give the small ones to random people.
