It's amazing and working indeed

I bought the Carson TV-15 to inspect camera sensors and small details. Build quality is fine and the folding case design is convenient, but optically it’s a mixed bag. The centre is usable, however the image falls apart towards the edges. I’m seeing noticeable distortion and colour fringing that looks like chromatic aberration — blue/green halos around contrasty edges. The “TriView” idea sounds good on paper, but in practice only one configuration is really usable. The more you increase magnification (and stack/extend the sections as suggested), the worse the edge performance gets. If you only care about the very centre it can do the job, but for critical inspection I expected cleaner optics.

Excellent product. Robust, effective, efficient and ergonomic. The different lenses which can be used singularly or on combination giving a wide range of magnifications. Could be made even better if it had an attachment point for a lanyard.

I ordered this to look at stamps in detail. It does the job very well. Delivery was problematic but eventually it got to me. Thanks to Royal Mail and boo hiss to the others.

For the price it's a good compromise of optics, e.g. checking alignment of tines on fountain pen nibs. If all you need is to be able to read fine print on packaging at the supermarket you may be better served by asingle 3x or 4x lens from the same brand.

Lenses are not 'perfectly clear', as you can spot tiny scuff marks here and there, but it does not affect view quality - as far as I can tell.. Other than that, materials and build quality are high quality, doesn't feel cheap at all. Love the design, it's super handy

It appears to be well made, but the lenses are too small for what I need unless you are reading one word at a time. Return was very easy and straightforward.
