Solid boxes
Solid and roomy enough to be sent internationally. Good for perishable stuff. I was satisfied. Quick delivery. Good quality. They come with foam bags for safer shipping. I could say it's good value for the money.

Well insulated. Outer box small, very stiff and strong. Inner foil bag very light, space-saving.
I actually did not order these for posting anything. The post here in the UK is so unreliable, the best insulated packaging in the world would likely not keep the contents fresh enough long enough for them to arrive in an acceptable state. I wanted to transport frozen food home after buying, a journey from freezer to freezer of up to 1 hour. I do have bags sold for this purpose, but they don't fit well into my shopping trolley, especially if I want to add more items. Everything arrives completely flat. The outer cardboard boxes are smaller than I had imagined, and much stiffer. Luckily, I decided they were not going to fit well into my trolley, as I think my weak hands would have struggled to get them from flat to box shape. The inner foil bags however are exactly what I wanted, except I wouldn't mind their being a tad larger. They are amazingly light and flat, but can readily be unfolded to reveal a gusset at the bottom. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is no means of sealing the tops. I intend taking a few small clothes peg type clips with me, but if you don't fill the envelope too full it is easy to fold over the top. The great advantage for me is that the foil bags are so light and take up so little space, i can take one in my shopping trolley as a precaution, even if I'm not sure I will be buying frozen food. (They will also come in for chilled food, especially in the hotter months.) I recently bought some bags of frozen fish. Packed together with a frozen coolpack, the fish packets showed not even the slightest signs of thawing when I got home after at least an hour. I think they would have kept perfectly frozen much longer. Imo the current price of £21.99 would be a bit steep for single use, but somewhat more reasonable if you can use the boxes and bags over and over.

Very strong and very good quality boxes.
If I pick something wrong with it, I would say I was expecting the bottom to fold in, instead of having to use sellotape, you need sellotape to box this together otherwise it won't work. Then put the insulated pad in silver facing the outside, and it should hold together heat or cold depending on what you put in, for example you can put ice packs in it and drinks and it will keep ice and and drinks cool for long, or use it to ship something out but something that needs to be kept insulated during transit, for either warm or cold etc.. The things you can do here are nearly limitless. I use it to store food products, to insulate them to my needs, and one for when it snows, to store away anything that could get damaged from the ice cold weather. You do get 4 boxes, and 4 insulated bags, and they are very high quality, materials seem to be well made so very strong, with a few rugged places here n there, small issue, I just took a star off because I wanted the floor of these boxes to fold inwards and be already made for me.

Keeps Cool For A Couple Of Hours Only
My husband has started making juices and his cousin in Scotland wanted to try them ( we live in the Midlands). I initially got them for that but after testing, I doubted the juices would survive. So instead I used them to go on holiday to transport our food we were taking with us, so we used one box but it was insulated enough with an ice pack to keep things nice and chilled for a couple of hours. Though I did further insulate ut with newspaper and tea towels. In the Amazon box I recieved 4 very stiff boarded boxes with a foil that has a foam like backing as insulation and supposed to act as a space saving solution for transporting chilled items via the post but the foil insulation isn't adequate enough. You need more insulation to survive the postal system or somehow find a way to send chilled items via another delivery source.

Amazing thermal insulation - keeps important things cold for well over a day!
I picked these up not for shipping purposes but for family cookouts. I have a large extended family and we do potlucks/BBQs often during the summer. And we don’t have a large cooler or the space to store one. When I cook stuff at home in the morning to bring to the party in the afternoon, I don’t want it sitting around in a hot house or outside until everyone’s ready to eat. Especially things like rice dishes and anything with meat. I tested one of these chiller boxes out over the course of 36 hours. I sealed the box and put the liner inside with two litres of soda and two frozen ice bottles, sealed the liner and taped up the box and left it out in the hot sun all day long, and then overnight then back in the sun. When I opened it up, my soda was actually cold and ready to drink. That is incredible. The boxes, with blocks of ice in them, actually worked as a refrigerator. As these are meant primarily for shipping and one time use, I am not surprised that the inside thermal insulator isn’t the thickest or most durable. In fact it tore a tiny bit when I was opening it out to line the box. Not a deal breaker. But the boxes themselves are extremely sturdy and thick. If you are lucky enough to have someone send you stuff in one of these boxes, don’t throw it out, it will come in handy someday. One interesting detail: the boxes are white (unlike “Hello Fresh” or other boxes sending perishables). This is key as anything white reflects all spectrums of light, and tends to not get as hot as something that is any other colour. Think of wearing a black shirt in the full sun, vs a white shirt. I suspect this choice was a deliberate design choice, and very clever. Long story short: If you need boxes to keep things kept cold for 24+ hours, these are excellent and worth every pence.

The boxes were more sturdy than I expected, which was fabulous. They do seem small when you make them up, but the measurements given were absolutely correct. Just what I needed!

Quality boxes. Used them for my annual Christmas goodies shipment. Easy effort with the liner and the box itself. Will use again.
