Love this bike. I’m a truck driver and this comes with me everywhere. It allows me to get out of the truck and go grocery shopping see movies or just sight see. It’s been in rain snow and sunshine. It easily goes through sand and rocks and you name it. Wonderful bike I cannot recommend this bike enough

I don’t understand some of the negative reviews on this bike. It has been great for me. Of course, there are some things that I wish they would have done like a little bit longer handle bars, and maybe a thumb throttle instead of a twist and also somehow incorporating a throttle only option. That said it’s not really that big of a deal. For the price compared to others this is a pretty good bargain. For most people it would just take some getting used to. The bike is fast even though the top speed is only 20 mph, it gets there pretty quick. I have had no problems on hills . Although the bike does slow down, it still makes it up pretty steep hills even with a 245 pound rider. If you’re expecting more then maybe you should save up a couple thousand $$ or better to get something faster. If you’re on a budget and just want something to get some exercise but also have a little fun. This is a fantastic purchase for the money.

This company initially was great at fixing the problems I encountered with their defective product. Their first fix made the problem worse. Now though, they're stringing me along. It's been 18 days since they said they would replace a defective part and they keep telling me they have to order the part. This product was flawed from the initial order, but this company just wants to string me along. More than happy to update this review if the company decides to honor their warranty. Until then, DO NOT BUY!

The bike its self is fine. The battery charger that comes with the bike. When charging. Gets hot. To the point where I was concerned about it. My other e-bike. The charger for that bike has a cooling fan built into it. Never had any issues with that charger getting hot. Great bike. Needs a battery charger with a cooling fan built into it.

Overall, I have been impressed with this bike especially given the reasonable price. I’ve been using it for my 20 minute work commute in a city with a lot of hills. Very little assembly needed, it took me maybe 20 minutes to get it assembled and this was mostly removing the packaging. The manual was very basic so I relied mostly on the video and my own knowledge.Note, I would not recommend this bike if you plan on using it for public transportation. Although it is foldable, it is still fairly heavy and awkward to carry with one person when folded. It would be very difficult to bring onto a bus or train, but can easily fit in the trunk/back of a car.Pros:- Booster mode is a nice feature when you are walking with the bike next to you.- Very strong motor and fast especially on pedal assist 3- Separate buttons for horn and light which is nice. Some bikes the light button you have to use the LCD display to turn on which takes longer.Cons/Suggestions:- My biggest issue is you have to turn the battery on and leave the key in while driving. The keyhole is underneath the bike in the battery which means the key is dangling underneath while biking. This can cause it to get wet or possibly fall out.- Pedal assist does not automatically stop when you press the brakes (there is a short delay from when you stop pedaling to when it stops providing power)- Throttle is linked to the pedal assist. You have to have pedal assist turned on to use the throttle. The power of the throttle is then tied to what level of assist you’re on. This can be frustrating because sometimes it’s nice to only use the pedals with your own strength and then occasionally use throttle to help you.
