Tween requested a "galaxy backpack" and this didn't disappoint. The main compartments are spacious and the smaller ones are great to help keep things organized. She can fit a 35oz Stanley in the side bottle pouch, which was an unexpected bonus. The zipper covers can be kind of a pain if you are moving quickly and not paying attention, it is easy to get them caught in the zipper teeth. That is the only negative we have noticed, but it isn't a dealbreaker. The material is thick and durable, the zippers are high quality, and the straps are comfortable. Overall a good value and we are pleased with the purchase.

I bought this for a work trip where I need to take two laptops. It does hold the two laptops. I have not taken the trip yet. So, here are my observations just from looking the thing over.PROS:It does hold two laptops.Nice color.Padded shoulder straps are comfortable for the few minutes I tested them.Pack is lightweight.CONS:There is nothing to support a laptop. No pocket or sling or anything. The edge of your laptop is hitting the ground. I plan to add bubble wrap.Although the listing says there are two water bottle pockets, there's really only one. It looks cheap and I expect it to tear as others have said it does.The pen pockets inside the front pocket are useless. They are too narrow for my pens, which are ordinary Pentel Energel ballpoints. They will take only the slimmest pencils. And you have to practically turn the front pocket inside out to get those in. Also, because everything is lined with the same black nylon fabric, it's almost impossible to SEE the pen pockets.All of the zippers are difficult to use, as the lip protecting them has to be forced back for each use.

This backpack is holding up great! Very sturdy, super cute and I love all of the pockets and it fits a 30 oz Stanley in the water bottle pocket!
