I had purchased another item for my patient and based on that purchase, Amazon recommended these suction toothbrushes. They are amazing! Anyone caring for a patient or family member who cannot do oral care at a sink needs these! You will need a suction machine as well, but they are a game changer for giving good oral care. I recommended these to our hospice nurse and she was very impressed with how they work.

Don’t FIT
They don’t fit the suction hose. I can’t find an adapter either. Otherwise they’d be great for my husband with dementia. So disappointed.
