These have worked well while I quit chewing tobacco. I can have one in my cheek and I forget it’s not a tobacco pouch. And they are helping me feel less stress while I withdraw. Because they are sugar free, I can keep them in my mouth all day without any mouth sores. That is amazing! They may cost more than normal lozenges, but they are worth it. I like the easy use containers they come in too.

I use rescue remedy at bedtime to relax

I been using this pastilles for years and helps, I always have some handy in my handbag specially when I flight or just when I need some help with those stressing days or when I need some helps to relax before bedtime or my yoga classes or a nice bath.
