Much better than expected. It gives off a lot of heat, though you need to wait a few minutes. It has given me relief from pain. I am very surprised.

If you are a Muppet that believes in the healing power of crystals etc then you should perhaps buy this. If you are normal, best not to buy. This product is described as a self heating neck brace. Well if floppy fabric can provide a neck brace then perhaps I'll start using my chocolate fireguard and motorcycle ashtray again. The "magnets" are not. They are slivers of tourmaline which has no conventional magnetic properties. Tourmaline, in some variants, does have some pyroelectric properties. The crystal in this product does not. So, no heat, no support and very cheaply made. You could possibly use it as a fashion accessory but I'm not sure you'll ever see Naomi wearing one. AVOID.

Isn't bulky and nicely fits all neck sizes unlike most other neck support. Comfortable to wear.

Does heat up after about 30mins+. Very uncomfortable as velcro goes across Adams apple. Only contains 4 magnets NOT 9 as indicated in advert images. Will be sending back and requesting full refund

Aside from exercises to strengthen my neck muscles, I used this to help the healing process. It worked surprisingly well.
