Really pleased with this product, fabulous for the equestrian world and a superb range and excellent battery life. Previous headsets were better in windy conditions as "the sock" protected the mic but the Jabra chill sets are adequate and the system is versatile with comparability allowing to use you to use your own preferred headsets. Can build on system to use more units for teaching larger groups.

A great help in learning to carriage drive! My trainer doesn't have to shout at me across the arena & I can concentrate more on what I have to do instead of trying not to miss the spoken instructions.

Great little device, easy to use, clear & simple instructions and has been great for everyday use for equestrian instructing. My only gripe is that for over £250 the headphones supplied are useless. Not at all practical for staying in ears for any sport! I’ve had to buy a decent set of earphones & headset (thankfully for less than £20) so this has not caused an issue with using the device, but I feel this is very poor of the supplier, especially when the adverts and photographs used to demonstrate the device use far superior headsets to what is supplied. Overall, it works very well, just buy your own headsets!

Broken and I am unable to return!!!

So first of all as the product description for this item is so poor here is what you get in the package.Two communicator boxes, two sets of headphones and a charger for the two boxes.On opening the box you will be confused as to what is going on because the instructions are rather poor. Basically you make sure they are charged, plug in the head sets and turn them on by pressing the big round button. Set one to be a moderator by pressing the round button and a plus and the other to be a participant by pressing the big round button and a minus. You should then be good to go.First off the head/phone mic combos you get are rubbish, in fact one of the sets in my pack didn't work and I am still trying to resolve that, but once I got a £6.99 replacement it was good to go. I will say despite the rather cheap impression left by the headsets and the general feel of the boxes the functionality is great. The sound quality is good and being able to talk to one another without yelling improved our lesson immensely. I am not sure if my instructor got deafened or not when I had an incident with a dog in the school but she didn't complain too much.So all in all this product does solve my problem of not being able to hear and is very useful but the build quality and accessories seem a bit cheap for the price tag.I am also not sure what would happen if I landed on the unit during a fall and I don't think we can use them in anything beyond a light rain but I have ideas about that but time will tell.All in all a good product but I think the instructions, headphone sets and build quality should be a lot better for the price charged.

This product was recommended to me, on further investigations the negative was the quality of the headsets, they are now produced by CeeCoach and are very cheap. The main units are simple to use, easy to charge and once I brought other headsets that stayed in while riding, the two way system is great for my weekly lessons. It has made an incredible difference to be able to concentrate, listen to your instructor and ask questions straight away.
