Great Work Shoe at a Value Price
This is a great shoe and a tremendous value for the price. This is a work shoe, not a trail shoe, not a running shoe, and not a cross-training shoe. I am a 10.5 and ordered as such, and the fit is perfect. The toe is very reinforced and sturdy. I have worked multiple days in them now, and the sole is very supportive.

Great shoes!
Ive been wearing these to work daily for over 9 months now. This doesn’t sound like a long time but I’m a big guy and tend to beat up shoes realatively quickly. I’ve dropped numerous heavy objects on my toes and even got them stuck under a walk-behind electric pallet jack once (oops!). I’m glad to say they’ve held up to all of it and kept my toes safe at the same time. They do fit a little looser in the toe than a normal new balance sneaker but that’s because of the ample toe box. They are every bit as comfortable as a normal sneaker which is good when you’re on your feet all day. I try to never leave the house without them since I’m so accustomed to the composite toe. It’s amazing how many things you can drop on your toes in a day. They are only slightly heavier than a standard sneaker and after the first day you don’t even recognize it anymore. The lace aglets have worn off but that’s my fault for occasionally walking out to the car without tying them. Otherwise they have not yet failed like all my other shoes have. The sole is still fully attached and not worn all the way down yet (big guys wear them down quicker). Normally I wear out a pair of similar shoes in 6 months. They were well worth the money and even though I got them On sale (~65) I’d still buy them at MSRP if I had to.

Looks good, seems solid quality
Looks like a regular sneaker, but has all the required safety procedures. Does fit a bit tight, ao either wear with lightweight socks or go a half size up if wearing medium or heavy weight socks.

Fairly Comfortable Work Shoes
I bought these shoes for the safety features. The composite toe and non-slip tread are great. My shoe size is 16AA. The narrowest width offered is probably a D, which is way too wide for me. I use orthotics in my shoes, but thought I'd try these shoes with the provided inserts first. Bad idea. My feet, ankles and legs were hurting pretty badly on day two after having walked about 12 miles in those two days. I had the weekend to recover, so I put the orthotics in before returning to work on Monday. The comfort has been much better since then, but my feet still slide side to side because the D width is just way too wide. I have a pair of Fresh Foam NB shoes which fit great because they're 16 Narrow. I don't use my orthotics in them because the shoes support my feet much better. The tread on these shoes is quite deep and small rocks get easily lodged in them. Clean out the rocks before walking on hardwood flooring so you don't damage the flooring. The toe box is very comfortable, even with my neuropathy.Because the tread is so thick, these almost feel like Herman Munster shoes. Pedal feel in my car is very vague compared to other, thinner soled shoes I wear.I average walking about 5.5 miles per day in my job. Though these shoes are much heavier than other shoes I own, the weight doesn't seem excessive.Because of my feet size, it's very difficult to find shoes that fit well. Sometimes I have to compromise fit for function. I do own a pair of Redwing boots which are size 15D, with a composite toe, and they're surprisingly comfortable. I use them for motorcycling.

Break-in period is brutal, but worth it
I'm going to be honest, after a few days I was ready to throw in the towel. These were the most rigid, uncomfortable shoes I've ever slid my feet into. But! After about a week, they finally broke in and lemme tell you what, I love em. Ordered them in a wide and they fit perfectly. The edge of the composite toe cap does sometimes rub against my big toe, but wearing decent socks seem to mitigate it. I'd recommend throwing the included insoles in the trash and getting anything else, they're pretty much just a thin piece of material, sort of disappointing for the price point. I've been rocking Dr. Scholl's heavy duty fat people insoles and they are a huge step up in the comfort. 4.5/5 do recommend. The shoes seems to stay pretty clean and wipe off easily. They seem pretty durable made, but only time will tell for certain.

These shoes saved my toes! I'm a Master Mechanic for a reputable dealership!
My son is a master mechanic at a reputable dealership. I saw him today and he bragged about how these shoes saved his toes. A Coworker of his did not hook the part on securely. So the part fell right on top of my son's foot. It did not hurt him one bit. He was in shock and grateful for these shoes! Thank you so much, for creating this shoe!!!

They’re ok. Fit my wide feet but could be a little more comfortable.
Decent shoes for the $. I normally wear a size 10.5 x-wide but ordered an 11 x-wide per another reviewers recommendation. The 11 was the way to go. If I ordered the 10.5, it probably would have been a tight fit.I wish the shoes had softer insoles. I have yet to find a work shoe or boot that is actually comfortable. Being work shoes you’d think they’d make the insoles extra cushy since they know you’ll be on your feet all day…. Unfortunately they don’t come close to being as comfortable as regular sneakers.
